icon “with a story” series has an interesting feature.

Its board is made of a fragment of wood left over from the decoration of an Orthodox church. Therefore, its back part is decorated with carving elements.

It is a nice fact that these unique icons have “relatives” in Orthodox churches.

Perhaps one day you will go to one of the churches and see the iconostasis in which this icon was born!

The icon is made by the method-

of printing on canvas.

The base: natural wood covered with linseed oil.

Each icon has a unique backing pattern- it will differ from the images.
