24ct gold plated, sterling silver cross. White opaque hot enamel that does not fade or burn out. It is similar to ceramics.

The back is also white enamel with gold-plated letters spelling out “Lord have mercy.”

The sapphire is natural, so its shade may differ from that in the photo.

Gold plating is 5 microns thick- more than double that of most gold plated jewellery.
